The Key Account Analyst serves as the day-to-day liaison between marketing, sales, product, and several cross-functional departments for Mizuno’s Key Accounts.  The person will also be responsible for ensuring that all requests are promptly met to maintain a consistent and superior level of service to our designated key accounts.

 Key Account Analyst Activities;

  • Working closely with Key Account Manager to ensure all day-to-day activities are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining, creating, and communicating all reports for Mizuno Canada’s key accounts.
  • Maintaining and coordinating sales reports, ticketing, product assortment, vendor compliance and DTC reports.
  • Create, maintain, and respond to all e-commerce products set up requests.
  • Ensure that key account SKU, UPC and description match across all platforms.
  • Assist in forecasting monthly key account business for division.
  • Assist with cross functional MUS/MCL activities related to key accounts.
  • Proficient in all Key Account Vendor Standard manuals.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge of all products offered to key accounts.
  • Monitor all mailbox activity daily and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Position may be required to perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business.
  • Passion for Sports.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience with EDI and JDE considered an asset.
  • Valid Drivers Licence and transportation.
  • Bilingual, Retail experience will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills including spreadsheets and data management.

The Key Account Analyst position is a Mississauga based position and will report to the Key Account Manager of the Team Sport Division, Mizuno Canada.
