This webinar will describe practical tools to build an inviting team climate and outline the barriers to girls’ participation in sport. Coaching practices that are fundamental to girls’ participation in sport and to fostering a positive coaching philosophy will be outlined. Participants will learn key strategies that can be easily implemented into their coaching practices.
