Golf Ontario – The Investors Group Ontario Women’s –Am & Mid-Am started off early this morning at Seguin Valley Golf Club at 7:30.

The leader after the first round is Ellie Szeryk, a member of Team Canada’s National Development Squad.  Szeryk shot +1 on the day with a 72. She started out the front nine one over par (37) with two bogeys and a birdie and finished the back 9 at par with a bogey and a birdie (35)

Victoria Zheng of Granite Golf Club is sitting in second place at +3 (74).
