NS Swimmers Ready to Compete at the 2016 Canadian Age Group National Championships
Swim Nova Scotia – Calgary, AB– Approximately 750 young swimmers from across Canada will be competing at Talisman Centre from July 27-August 1st at the Canadian Age Group Championships. Teams from across Nova Scotia will be sending a total of 19 swimmers.
This meet is designed to give swimmers ages 12 through 18 the opportunity to race against the best athletes in their age group in Canada.
Pool action will be held from July 27-31 with daily competition starting at 9:00am local time for preliminaries and 5:30pm local time for finals. The open water events start at 9am August 1st; race distances include 2.5km and 5km.
