Skate Canada Manitoba – WINNIPEG, MB. November 24, 2017 – Skate Canada Manitoba is announcing the list of skaters and additional wildcards who have been selected to  participate in the 2018 Manitoba Winter Games powered by Manitoba Hydro.  The figure skating competition will take place in phase two (2) of the games March 7-10, 2018 in Thompson Manitoba.  We want to congratulate all forty-seven (47) skaters for their selection.

The 2018 Manitoba Winter Games powered by Manitoba Hydro will be held in Thompson from March 4-10, 2018. The Games are a competitive, developmental opportunity for selected sports to advance their Provincial Sport Organization’s long-term athlete and coach development plans. The age or stage selected generally complies with the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Train to Train stage of development.
