SDRCC – Montréal (Québec) – The release of the February 2016 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), coincides with the “Pursuing Excellence in Sport Dispute Resolution” seminar taking place in Vancouver this week. Keeping with the theme of this Court of Arbitration for Sport event, hosted by the SDRCC, this edition features articles on two areas in which the SDRCC excels at conducting timely and cost-efficient resolution of sports-related disputes: the efficiency of its mediation program and the virtual management of tribunal cases through its proprietary application, the Case Management Portal.

The newsletter is available online at http://www.crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by contacting its Education and Communication Coordinator at education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
