Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada SDRCC – Montréal (Québec) – The February 2018 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters

In this edition, an SDRCC arbitrator conducts an analysis which leads him to conclude that the Court of Arbitration for Sport recognizes the probative value of the McLaren Report in the arbitration of doping allegations. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC mediator, the newsletter also announces the launch of a new case management service offered to sport organizations for their disciplinary and/or internal appeal procedures, with the goal of reducing their legal costs and remove the burden currently placed on their staff.

To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca.
