REMINDER – Nominations Open for 12th Annual CSTA PRESTIGE Awards
CSTA – OTTAWA, ON: Nominations are now open for the 12th Annual Canadian Sport Tourism Alliance (CSTA) PRESTIGE Awards, which recognize sport tourism events, organizations and leaders in seven different categories
The PRESTIGE (Program Recognizing Exceptional Sport Tourism Initiatives, Games & Events) Award Program will honour the outstanding contributions of the many different people and organizations that have supported and staged excellent sporting events in the calendar year 2017.
New this year – is a way to acknowledge the ‘next-gen’ of sport tourism professionals in Canada. CSTA is looking to highlight new emerging leaders who are working in the sport tourism industry who demonstrate leadership, creativity, and dynamic energy. The top three will be recognized at this year’s PRESTIGE Award luncheon in Halifax at Sport Events Congress 2018 and nomination information can be found here.
The PRESTIGE Awards will be presented on Thursday, March 8, 2018 during the CSTA’s annual Sport Events Congress at the Halifax Convention Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Deadline for nominations: December 1st at 8:00 p.m. ET.
