Diving – DRESDEN, Germany – Henry McKay of Ottawa was the top Canadian Thursday at the Dresden International diving competition placing seventh on men’s three-metre in the 16-18 age group.

Jonathan Suckow of Switzerland won the gold medal with 572.10 points, Lou Massenberg of Germany was second at 546.55 and Patrick Kreisel of Germany third at 542.60.

Bryden Hattie of Victoria was 13th in the preliminaries missing a berth in the final by one spot.

On women’s platform in the 16-18 age group, Tereza Vithoulkas of Montreal and Aimee Wilson of Calgary were ninth and 10th in the final.
