Coaching Association of Canada – Meet Felipe, the Brazilian tree frog, a popular species found in the warmer forests and jungles of Brazil. A natural leader amongst his army of fellow frogs, Felipe was chosen as a mascot to represent coaches guiding Canada’s Olympic and Paralympic Games athletes in Rio.
Felipe is a passionate supporter of Team Canada. While he himself is often camouflaged and rarely in the spotlight, he recognizes the importance and value of the role a coach plays in developing athletes at every level. Felipe believes a trained, qualified coach enhances the experience of our Canadian athletes.
