The 2016-2017 CSTA webinar series kicks off with a focus on the key elements in running a successful event: staff and volunteers. Tim Van Winckle, Business Development Director, InitLive Inc, will present best practices to help you keep the people involved in events to maintain their energy, excitement and passion, without reaching exhaustion or burnout.

The 60-minute seminar will include discussion time so you can share your thoughts and ideas, and ask questions. The goal is to help you ensure that the terrific people you’ve recruited as either staff members or volunteers have the best possible experience, host a successful event, and return to do it all over again another time!
