Canadian Interuniversity Sport – OTTAWA (CIS) – The Canadian Interuniversity Sport winter championship season gets under way on Friday with swimming in Quebec City (Feb. 26-28) and wrestling in St. Catharines, Ont. (Feb 26-27).

All swimming finals from Laval University and selected wrestling matches from Brock University – including all medal bouts – will be streamed live on CIS-SIC.tv.  

Following a one-week break, the action resumes with track and field in Toronto (March p0-p2), men’s volleyball in Hamilton (March p0-p2) and women’s volleyball in Brandon (March pp-p3). Women’s basketball in Fredericton, men’s basketball in Vancouver, women’s hockey in Calgary and men’s hockeyin Halifax follow from March p7-20, all part of Sportsnet U Championship Weekend. Championship season concludes with curling at the Kelowna Curling Club from March 20-23.
