Tennis Canada – First round matches continued on Monday at the National Bank International Junior Tennis Open at Parc Larochelle in Repentigny, Quebec. Several Canadians were in action including Félix Auger-Aliassime (Montréal, QC) and Bianca Vanessa Andreescu (Toronto, ON).

On the girls’ side, defending Repentigny champion Andreescu struggled in the opening set against Sweden’s Mirjam Bjorklund, but raised her level in the second to come away with a 7-6, 6-1 win.
