Row to the Moon

Closes on Saturday May 30 at 10:00pm PDT/Sunday May 31 at 1:00am EDT
Join RCA, British Rowing, Rowing Australia and Rowing NZ as we Row to the Moon! Taking place from May 21 to 31, this challenge asks indoor rowers worldwide to log their training metres on a custom online platform with the shared goal of accumulating 384.4 million metres – the distance from Earth to the Moon. Submit your metres here and read more about the #moonchallenge here

Shoulder and rib care for rowers

Duration: 45 minutes

CSI Pacific and RCA Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Davey and RCA Lead Physiotherapist Tricia McBride will discuss prevention and rehabilitation strategies for shoulder and rib injuries in rowing.

You may join the webinar 5 minutes prior to the start time. We will begin the webinar promptly at the start time.
