Montréal (Québec) – The June 2020 issue of In the Neutral Zone, the newsletter of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC), is now available online at: http://crdsc-sdrcc.ca/eng/media-newsletters
Considering COVID-19 has shaken up the field of alternative dispute resolution and forced a migration towards virtual proceedings, this edition features an overview of the SDRCC practices and provides some advice to efficiently conduct virtual mediation sessions and hearings. In addition to the profile of an SDRCC arbitrator, the newsletter announces the upcoming launch of a webinar series by the Centre and the publication of a report following the evaluation of the SDRCC safe sport pilot projects.
To better serve the Canadian sport community, the SDRCC welcomes comments and feedback regarding its newsletter and educational materials. This can be done by sending a message to education@crdsc-sdrcc.ca
