Two Options with Your Bands

New to bands? Try out our full body resistance band workout, featuring 9 dynamic exercises that target muscle groups throughout the whole body. Each exercise is done for 60 seconds, so this workout is great for building strength and for getting your heart pumping! 

Looking to take your bands to the next level?! Try out our partner resistance band workout! Grab your band and your buddy and get ready to get sweaty in this one. Working with your partner, you’ll be building strength and endurance, all while getting a couple laughs in!
