Looking to level up your FitNation workouts?! IĀ·SPARC presents the FitNation Resistance Band Series! These brand new workouts offer movements with a resistance band, which is a great way to add some additional strength training to your FitNation workout.
These workouts are a great progression from our previous FitNation Workout Series, offering dynamic combo movements that are sure to get your whole body working. Join Amanda and Chris as they guide you through two completely different workouts – one with just you and your band, and one with a partner!Ā
Two Options with Your Bands
New to bands? Try out ourĀ full body resistance band workout,Ā featuring 9 dynamic exercises that target muscle groups throughout the whole body. Each exercise is done for 60 seconds, so this workout is great for building strength and for getting your heart pumping!Ā
Looking to take your bands to the next level?! Try out ourĀ partner resistance band workout!Ā Grab your band and your buddy and get ready to get sweaty in this one. Working with your partner, you’ll be building strength and endurance, all while getting a couple laughs in!
