Sport Manitoba – Team Manitoba’s ringette team defeated Team BC 6-4 to win the bronze medal this afternoon at the 2019 Canada Winter Games. 

Oak Bluff’s Taylor Hildebrand and Grosse Isle’s Olivia McCowan led the scoreboard with two goals each. Winnipeg’s Kaylee Spearing and Celeste McElroy each added a goal. 

Alexsi Kavvadas, Celeste McElroy, Alana Lesperance, Nicole Girardin, Milica Oravec, and Brett Van Nieuw Amerongen each tallied assists in the final match.
