As shared in our September Update, Sport BC has been supporting our members through regular Member Meet-Ups and the efforts of our Advocacy Working Group. The COVID-19 pandemic has illustrated just how critical it is for the sport sector to be on the radar of the general public to ensure we have the support required to deliver sport throughout our province. A common and consistent voice for amateur sport is necessary and Sport BC is proud to amplify the message of the power of sport.

We also shared that the critical next step is to focus our efforts on the upcoming Provincial Election called for October 24^th. We are pleased to share that we have launched our campaign Sport: More important than ever. We know, working collectively, this campaign will be successful.
