Join two of Sport Law & Strategy Group’s (SLSG) Associates to explore the hallmarks of a healthy sport organization. Drawing on examples from their years of experience working in the sector, they will go beyond the big picture items – like good governance and risk management – to discuss specific improvements and recommendations that you can implement right now to make your organization better. Topics will include organizational objectives, independent decision-making, registration, volunteers, collecting and implementing feedback, and strategies for social media.

The webinar will be hosted by LeeAnn Cupidio (LLB) and Kevin Lawrie. LeeAnn was a criminal defense lawyer for over 8 years and draws on that background to assist SLSG clients with mediation, arbitration, case management, and appeals. She has served as investigator, mediator and counsel in many sport-related disputes and acts as a case manager for sport organizations that choose to outsource their internal disputes. Kevin Lawrie has been with SLSG for more than 10 years contributing to hundreds of clients and projects in the areas of governance, bylaws compliance, policy writing, social media, research and much more.

Both LeeAnn and Kevin are well versed in empowering clients to achieve organizational success.
