In her most recent blog, Dina Bell-Laroche shares Part 1 of a blog series about stewarding conflict and working through conflict in a deliberate and purposeful way. This blog outlines five different modes to responding to conflict and offers the view that leaders need to be adept to all styles to deploy the best option to meet each situation. What mode may be your default and what may you need to work on as a leader in sport?

The Sport Law & Strategy Group has been providing strategic insight to the Canadian sport community since 1992. We are accessible, affordable, and highly skilled, bringing unparallel experience and common sense to every project.
