This week, sport lawyers Michelle Kropp and new team member Will Russell collaborated to create the latest Sport Law blog regarding mandatory vaccinations. As we gradually return to organized activities, many sports have begun to question whether they need a such a policy and what it would look like. To assist in you in this work, they created a list of issues to consider when developing a Mandatory Vaccination Policy.
