I·SPARC – I·SPARC is pleased to announce the dates and locations for the 2019 BC Indigenous Regional Basketball Camps – PHASE 1 of the athlete selection process for Team BC for the Halifax 2020 North American Indigenous Games (NAIG). The 2020 NAIG will be held July 12-19, 2020.
Team BC is seeking male and female Indigenous basketball athletes (First Nations, Inuit, Métis), BC residents, for the following 2020 NAIG age categories:
19U – born 2001 & later
16U – born 2004 & later
14U – born 2006 & 2007
Athletes interested in vying for a spot on Team BC must attend one (1) of the Regional BC Indigenous Basketball Camps as step 1 of 2:
PHASE 1 – Regional BC Indigenous Basketball Camps
$20/person registration fee.
Registration link will open August 22nd.

PHASE 2 – PROVINCIAL SELECTION CAMP (invitation only): Athletes identified at a Regional Camp for advancement to the final phase will be invited to the BC Indigenous Provincial Basketball Selection Camp held November 15 to 17, 2019 at the Richmond Olympic Oval in Richmond, BC.
