Swimming Canada – Racing Continues at the 2019 Canadian Swimming Trials for NS Swimmers

Toronto (ON)- Nova Scotia’s swimmers wrapped up day four of the 2019 Canadian Swimming Trials today in Toronto, Ontario at the Pan Am Sports Centre with one swimmer competing.

Isabelle Dearnaley, of the Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club finished 44th in the women’s 200m Butterfly with a time of 2:25.60 during this morning’s preliminary events, just shy of her personal best time.

This competition will serve as the nomination or selection Trials for the 2019 FINA World Championships, 2019 FINA World Junior Championships, 2019 Pan American Games, 2019 Para Pan American Games, 2019 World Para Swimming Championships, and 2019 FISU Games.

Prelims begin at 9:30am and finals begin at 6:00pm local time daily; competition wraps up tomorrow (Sunday).
