The Board of Water Polo Canada (WPC) has established a Vision 2032 Committee charged with developing a framework for a more integrated, aligned, and efficient structure for the governance, management, and delivery of Water Polo in Canada. The intention is to go deeper than strategic planning which, typically, considers what should be done within the existing framework or system itself. This work is about re-considering the system as a whole.

Within the “System Modernization” category of its NSO Return to Sport support program, the Canadian Olympic Committee has generously accepted to fund this initiative.

Water Polo Canada is looking for a proposal that will encompass the following elements:

• Guide the Vision 2032 Committee and help facilitating meetings, workshops or similar activities
• Develop evidence base including but not limited to literature review, case studies and research to guide the development of a system appropriate for Water Polo in Canada
• Help creating a framework for the future of the governance, management, and delivery of Water Polo in Canada
• Develop and help implementing an engagement and education strategy around the proposed framework
