The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) is excited to offer a Request for Proposal (RFP) for three beach volleyball service providers at the following Ontario locations: Horseshoe Valley Resort (Barrie), North London Playing Fields (London), and the Chestnut Hill Recreation Complex (Pickering).

The detailed RFP can be downloaded from our website. Interested vendors have until November 14, 2022, to submit their proposals.

The discipline of beach volleyball is growing in Ontario, from youth to adult leagues with the OVA running events multiple times each week at various locations around the province during the Spring through Fall seasons and service providers are needed to ensure that on-site operations run smoothly. As the provider of such programming for the OVA, the partner would be expected to provide services in a safe and professional manner, supervise participants during the program delivery, comply with all OVA Policies and Procedures, and oversee equipment inventory and quality assurance to ensure our participants are receiving the best possible product.

Bidders may propose to operate a single offering (i.e., proposal to run youth development camps only or adult leagues and clinics only), or the entire portfolio of offerings. Multiple partnerships may be awarded at the sole discretion of the OVA.

The OVA is eager to work with enthusiastic vendors that will contribute to the development and growth of the sport of beach volleyball in a partnership by putting on a high-calibre operation at OVA beach volleyball sites. Potential bidders can submit questions regarding the RFP to Suzanne Wallace (swallace@ontariovolleyball.org).

The submission deadline is November 14, 2022 at 11:59PM EST.
