New Sport Law blog “Fully Human” explores a humanistic and values-based approach to leadership

December 14, 2021 – Sport Law is committed to sharing relevant knowledge to sport leaders using a variety of mediums including newsletters, webinars, workshops, keynotes, educational sessions, and blogs.

Recently, Sport Law Partner Dina Bell-Laroche completed the 4th Sport Leaders Retreat, and the first to be done virtually, and she has now reflected on the experience in her latest blog “Fully Human”. She reflects on the journey of self-discovery leaders embark on during the Retreat and how that impacts leadership. Also discussed is the ongoing and ever evolving journey of self-actualization leaders experience and how a values-based approach to leadership is best suited for the increasingly complex world in which sport leaders find themselves.
