Athlete Technology Group  debuts in Canada as a full service events and media company focused on connecting professional athlete entrepreneurs with Canada’s bustling network of technology Startups.

The Athlete Technology Group is now a fulltime and national extension of the highly successful Athlete Technology Summit that attracted hundreds of professional athletes, business leaders, venture capitalists and influencers to Toronto in 2019 to connect with the city’s Startup community.

Founded by Canadian entrepreneur Randy Osei, and managing partners Andrew Safranko and Darryl Julott,  the Athlete Technology Group
will be a key resource for athlete entrepreneurs who are looking to explore
their business ventures outside of their sport. The group’s focus will be on
bringing global athletes to the Canadian technology eco-system for business opportunities.

Athlete Technology Group has already engaged with 40+ athletes from across the sports world and executed several equity based deals for athletes with the Canadian Startup community.

Going forward Athlete Technology Group will be COVID-proof and virtually host a series of master class education sessions, networking events, pitch sessions, facilitate investment and business opportunities, and offer content production support. Tech Summit Unplugged debuts at the end of this month as a weekly podcast for entrepreneurs from all walks of life to chat entrepreneurship, sports, and culture.
