Media accreditation now open for 2022 Tim Hortons Brier in Lethbridge

The worlds most famous national mens curling championship will be staged in Lethbridge, Alta., for the first time as the 2022 Tim Hortons Brier, presented by AGI, will be staged March 4-13 at the ENMAX Centre.

Media accreditation requests are now being accepted for the 2022 Tim Hortons Brier.

Media will be admitted into the building for the 2022 Tim Hortons Brier, but must, as per Curling Canadas Mandatory Vaccine policy, provide proof of full vaccination administered no later than Feb. 18. This proof must show dates of both shots, and must be submittedin advance to media@curling.ca by no later than Feb. 28There will be absolutely no exceptions to this requirement, other than for those who have previously been accredited for 2021-22 Curling Canada events.

Additionally, media will be required to wear masks in the building. Socially distanced interviews with players will be permitted. Where possible, phone/Zoom interviews can also be set up for media not in attendance.

To request media accreditation, CLICK HERE. The deadline for accreditation requests is Feb. 28; absolutely no requests received past that date will be considered.

Those requesting credentials must, in addition to emailing proof of full vaccination, also email a high-resolution mugshot of themselves to media@curling.ca.

Please note:On-ice photographers will be required to wear black clothing and shoes and restrict themselves to designated shooting areas during the games. There will be no exceptions to this guideline. CLICK HERE to review photography guidelines.
