Use double quotes to find documents that include the exact phrase: "aerodynamic AND testing"

This is a question we’ve been asking ourselves often over the past few months.

As sport leaders, we make complex decisions based on changing situations every day – but we can count on our values to guide us. Many champions for gender equity in the world of sport share our values of integrity, courage, inclusivity, collaboration, and accountability. As an organization, we know that we have not always lived up to those values, and we are working to do better – particularly when it comes to our responsibility to Black women and girls in sport communities.

To fully activate the power of sport, we need great leaders who can acknowledge complexity, inspire the others towards a common goal, and bring equity into focus. In other words, leaders who manage by values. We’re inspired to continue our journey as gender equity leaders, and to launch new projects we’ve been working on to support others to do the same.
