The Second Episode of FitNation Workout Series 2 is Now Available!
This workout features modified chair movements combined with introductory movements. This workout is a great option for community Elders as well as those who are looking to begin their fitness journey! 

I·SPARC would like to thank Tiffany Adams for representing the Nlaka’pamux First Nation and for continuing to be a champion for our FitNation program. I·SPARC’s very own Daniel Young-Mercer is also proud to be representing the Gitxsan and Nisga’a Nations and is happy to share some of his favourite FitNation movements with you!

  • All ages & abilities encouraged to participate 
  • Chair & yoga mat (or towel) needed
