Football Manitoba’s Blue Bombers Futures Spring Flag Kickoff 2025

April 26th and 27th Princess Auto Stadium

The snow has gone, and that means it is time for spring flag football! 

Manitoba’s oldest and largest flag football league is set to begin with its kickoff on Saturday, April 26th and Sunday, April 27th at Princess Auto Stadium. This year will be the largest ever, with almost 2400 players, 500 coaches and 140 officials set to hit the field! 

Games will begin at 9am, with the last ones starting at 9pm each day. It is going to be a fantastic day of football fun, with the most flag football players ever at one place in the province! Come watch the next generation of flag football athletes start their journey toward a potential Olympic Gold Medal in the fastest growing sport in North America!

The Football Manitoba Blue Bombers Futures Flag Football League is a joint venture between the Winnipeg Football Club and Football Manitoba. The league features players from the ages of 6 to 17, with teams from all over Winnipeg and surrounding areas. The league has grown exponentially in the past few years, jumping from 1600 players in 2023 to 2100 in 2024, and now with over 2300 players in 2025!
