Tuesday will be closed to spectators at the RBC Canadian due to expected inclement weather

Final three qualifying spots secured ahead of U.S. Open at RattleSnake Point Golf Club.

RBC CANADIAN OPEN FINAL QUALIFIER
Oakdale Golf & Country Club, host of the 2023 and 2026 RBC Canadian Open, played host to the Final Qualifier on Monday. A field of 70 players competed over 18 holes of stroke play for one of four final spots into the 2022 RBC Canadian Open.

Patrick Flavin shot a 3-under 68 and made it through rush hour cleanly, but Braden Thornberry, Brad Adamonis and Jeff Kang got caught in the traffic at the Final Qualifier on Monday. Thankfully for them, the highway to St. George’s Golf and Country Club opened up quickly.

Thornberry, Adamonis and Kang survived a 4-for-3 playoff at Oakdale Golf & Country Club to secure the final three spots at the 2022 RBC Canadian Open, June 6-12, at St George’s Golf and Country Club

RBC CANADIAN OPEN CLOSED TO SPECTATORS ON JUNE 7, 2022.
The RBC Canadian Open is closed to the public on Tuesday, June 7th due to expected inclement weather conditions. Early week and Tuesday tickets are valid for Wednesday, June 8th.

MONDAY CELEBRITY PRO-AM – RESULTS
Monday’s Golf Canada Foundation Celebrity Pro-Am in support of First Tee – Canada kicked off the official return of the 2022 RBC Canadian Open. A total of 25 groups consisting of professionals, amateurs and celebrities teed off at St. George’s Golf and Country Club. Full results are here.

U.S. OPEN QUALIFIER
RattleSnake Point Golf Club in Milton, Ont., played host as one of 11 Final Qualifying sites for the 2022 U.S. Open on Monday. A field of 22 players competed for over 36 holes for one of three available spots. Jonas Blixt of Sweden earned a spot at the top of the leaderboard firing a 67 in round one, and a 65 in round two to finish -10. Callum Tarren of England and Satoshi Kodaria secured the final two qualifying spots, coming in at -9. Full results are here.

THE OPEN QUALIFYING
The 2022 RBC Canadian Open is also part of The Open Championship Qualifying Series. The top-2 finishers at the RBC Canadian Open (not otherwise exempt) earn a spot in the field of The 150^th Open Championship, July 10-17, 2022, at St Andrews in Fife, Scotland.
