FitNation Home Workout Series 2!
Announcing the Second Series of our FitNation Home Workouts!
I·SPARC is excited to announce the second series of our FitNation At Home Workout Series – Lockdown Edition!
On June 12th, 2020, I·SPARC will be sharing the first of four new FitNation Home Workouts that are designed and facilitated by trained FitNation leaders from throughout the province!
With our second series, we’re providing variations on the FitNation classics. The difficulty level for these workouts will vary, but all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate! Some workouts will require:
- A Chair
- Yoga Mat or Towel
- Resistance Band(s)
- Agility ladder (or tape to make your own agility ladder pattern)
Remember you can always visit our YouTube channel for our saved Modified, Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced workouts.
Each Friday (starting June 12th) we’ll send out an email with your new workout for the week. All our workouts will be available on our YouTube channel for you to access your FitNation workout anytime that works for you. After all FitNation is for anyone, anytime, anywhere! See you online!
