FitNation Fridays! Intermediate Home Workout

ANYONE | ANYWHERE | ANYTIME

Our second episode in our FitNation Home Workout Series is now available! This workout features intermediate movements with Buzz Manuel, and is a great progression from last week’s introductory workout.

Please share widely with friends and family! This workout is saved to our YouTube channel for you to enjoy anytime.

I·SPARC would like to thank Buzz Manuel for representing the FitNation program and being a healthy living champion for communities all across the province!

Grab some floor space, some water, and click the link below!

We’ll be releasing new FitNation workouts every Friday!
Stay tuned for Advanced Movements with Damien Ketlo next week.

Happy Moving Everyone!
