The First Episode of FitNation Home Workout Series 2 is now available!

This workout features agility ladder movements with Mariah Robinson!  This workout is a great option for athletes or anyone looking for an extra challenge! 

I·SPARC would like to thank Marah Robinson for representing the FitNation program with the ‘Namgis First Nation, and for being a healthy living champion for the entire province!

Workout Details

  • 8 agility ladder movements x 3 Rounds
  • All ages & abilities encouraged to participate 
  • Agility ladder needed (or tape to make your own agility ladder)
