Webinar with the first, First Nations player named to Canadas National Womens team and a chance to win swag prize packs.
Olympian featured speaker during a week of free virtual events for International Women’s Day
A chance to chat with an Olympic hockey player will be among some of the highlights as the Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation Council (ISPARC) invite youth to celebrate International Womens Day with a whole week of free, fun activities.
ISPARC is embracing the International Womens Day (March 8) theme of #ChooseToChallenge by recognizing that we can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality to help create an inclusive world. They also are asking people to challenge themselves by participating in a virtual game of bingo, where you will move your way through a number of fun activities, challenges, virtual workouts, and a webinar with Team Canada hockey player Brigette Lacquette.
To find out how to download your own unique ISPARC virtual bingo card to be eligible to enter to win an ISPARC swag prize pack and other prizes available by competing specific challenges, to learn more about the other activities, or to register for any of the virtual classes, workshops and webinars – please click the button below.
