“I first had the privilege of working with Marnie McBean on the Toronto 2008 Olympic Bid from 1997 – 2001, where her strong work ethic, determination, and dedication, developed as a high performance athlete, were invaluable assets. She has brought these skills and her passion to every role she has held, including as member of CSIO’s Board of Directors. I know she will bring the same professionalism and expertise to the Senate. I wish her the best of luck in her new role as Senator.”
