Announcing the FitNation Home Workout Series!

ANYONE | ANYTIME | ANYWHERE

I·SPARC is excited to announce our FitNation At Home Workout Series – Lockdown Edition! Each week we’ll be adding new workouts from our FitNation leaders across the province. Our leaders will be bringing you movements for chair modifications, introductory, intermediate, and advanced exercises, there’s something for everyone! 

These workouts are for all fitness levels, specially designed by our leaders to get your bodies moving. All you’ll need is a little bit of space, a sip of water, and yourself! 

Each Friday we’ll send out an email with your new workout for the week. All our workouts will be available on our YouTube channel for you to access your FitNation workout anytime that works for you. After all FitNation is for anyone, anytime, anywhere! See you online!

  • May 15th, Buzz Manuel , Intermediate Workout 
  • May 22nd, Damien Ketlo, Advanced Workout
