Advanced Partner Workout with Tiffany Adams & Daniel Young-Mercer!

ANYONE | ANYWHERE | ANYTIME

Just in time for the weekend!

Last week we brought you an introductory partner workout, and this week we’re taking it one step further with advanced movements from Daniel and Tiffany!

IĀ·SPARC would like to thank Tiffany Adams for representing the Nlaka’pamux First Nation and for continuing to be a champion for our FitNation program. IĀ·SPARC’s very own Daniel Young-Mercer is also proud to be representing the Gitxsan and Nisga’a Nations and is happy to share some of his favourite FitNation movements with you!

Please share this video widely with family and friends! This workout is saved to our YouTube channel for you to enjoy anytime.

Final FitNation episode next week!
