The CKA hosts National Kinesiology Week annually to remind Canadians that help is available for those who are struggling to achieve the recommended minimum level of physical activity and to adopt an active lifestyle. National Kinesiology Week is a great opportunity for people to meet with kinesiologists who can take the time to better explain to them how it is possible to increase their level of motivation and achieve their health goals.
Various activities are offered across the country during National Kinesiology Week to promote the importance for Canadians seek help from a kinesiologist for an active lifestyle.
