Durant Barristers is joining law firms across Ottawa to raise money for the Ottawa Food Bank. As part of our fundraising campaign, we are hosting a free webinar for not for profit corporations (including sports organizations of all sizes) on governance and risk management. The webinar is March 30 from noon – 1 pm EST. 

Our newest lawyer, Andrew Paterson, will be joined in an interactive discussion and Q & A with our founder Erin Durant. Although we are based in Ontario, we will be covering general principles which will be useful for organizations throughout Canada. 

Participants will be encouraged (although not required) to make a charitable donation to the Ottawa Food Bank – in any denomination. The registration link is available here.
