Fast and Female Power Hour, presented by Maple Bay Rowing Club

Join us for an afternoon of empowerment through sports and physical activity with Maple Bay Rowing and Rowing Canada! This Power Hour includes a Fast and Female curriculum-based workshop, fun physical activity to introduce participants to the sport of rowing, and Q&A with our REAL (Relatable, Empowering, Active Leaders) Role Models, and more. Participants will enjoy high-quality time with women athlete role models.

Following the completion of the Fast and Female Power Hour, Rowing Canada will take all participants onto the water to learn how to row! Please stick around to enjoy this free opportunity to learn from Olympians!
