Join us for an afternoon of empowerment through sports during the Cambridge, Ontario Champ Chat! This Champ Chat includes an inspirational Chat and Q&A with our Fast and Female Ambassadors, a physical activity circuit, autographs, and more! Participants will enjoy high-quality face-to-face time with female athlete role models.
The goals of Champ Chats are:
- Socialize in a non-competitive environment.
- Be inspired by female role models.
- Experience and encourage varied physical literacy.
- Have fun! Celebrate girls and women in sport.
- Keep girls healthy, happy, and active in sports.

WHO: Girls ages 8-18 years old
COST: FREE!
- Online registration closes Friday, December 15th at 12:00 pm noon EST. A limited number of on-site registrations will be available.

- 2:30 pm – Check-in / Registration / Icebreakers
- 2:45 pm – Welcome to Fast and Female / Introduce Ambassadors / Group Photo
- 3:00 pm – Physical Activity (Soccer) Circuit with Fast and Female Ambassadors
- 4:30 pm – Snack Break
- 4:45 pm – Inspirational Chat and Q&A with Fast and Female Ambassadors
- 5:30 pm – Break
- 5:45 pm – Group Activity Session
- 6:15 pm – Autographs & Photos
- 6:30 pm – Event Conclusion
