Fast and Female, a registered Canadian charity dedicated to empowering girls through sport, physical activity, and education, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated 2024 Girls Run taking place on May 25th and May 26th at the Canmore Nordic Centre in Canmore, Alberta.
The 2024 Girls Run is a two-day event designed to celebrate and inspire girls aged 5-12 to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle. This year’s event promises an unforgettable experience filled with excitement, connection, and empowerment.
Participants of the 2024 Girls Run will have the opportunity to choose between two distances: a 1km course or a 2.5km course. These distances cater to girls of all activity levels, providing a new challenge and a chance to develop their running skills.
Registration for the 2024 Girls Run is open until May 18, 2024. Registered participants will receive a Fast and Female digital certificate, a Fast and Female T-shirt and sticker, as well as a lip butter from Rocky Mountain Soap Company.
We are also excited to bring back the popular Add-On program this year, allowing parents and guardians to participate in Rocky Mountain Soap Co.’s Women’s Run while loved ones join in on various activities.
