The CIAAA National Athletic Directors Conference offers a mixture of content, networking, and social opportunities creating a dynamic, customizable, Athletic Director centred professional development experience.
The Leadership Training Program Courses (LTP) are the highlight of our PD opportunities. Further details and course descriptions can be found on the schedule portion of the website. One LTP course of your choosing is included in your conference registration fee and up to 4 more can be added at a discounted price.
Our 60-minute Workshops offer quicker exposure to valuable and relevant information on the indicated topic. All workshop sessions are included in the conference fee. Workshops will be recorded and available following the conference if you are unable to attend all the workshops you are interested in.
This year we are featuring three full-conference general sessions with phenomenal speakers, Marnie McBean, and Angus Reid. Our third full conference session is an Athletic Director forum where you will be able to talk, share your ideas, and ask questions on relevant topics in school athletics.
