Canadian Safe Sport Program Consultation

Date: Wednesday, November 6, 2024
Time: 1:30pm to 3:30pm EST
Location: RA Centre (Clark Hall)

Description: The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) invites you to register for a in-person consultation on the next version of Canada’s safe sport program.

The CCES will assume responsibility for administering the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS) as of April 1, 2025, and is currently in the process of reviewing its operations and considering revisions to the safe sport program.

We encourage stakeholders to provide feedback on the program draft and share their experiences with the current program. Your feedback is vital to the development of this next version.

Consultation topics, an explanatory document, and the program draft will be made available in late September or early October via email and on our website.

We look forward to seeing you! RSVP at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/canadian-safe-sport-program-consultation-tickets-1009219802597?aff=oddtdtcreator
