The Boxing Day One Century Run has always been staged out of the YMCA in downtown Hamilon, Ontario.  Hamilton will be the first city in history to have two active running that are at least one hundred years old.  The other race being the Around the Bay Road Race.  Our winter event has always attracted a great field. We offer a $3,200 cash purse,  age group awards and at the finish a custom finishers medal and a fleece blanket.  The YMCA provides us with indoor registration, refreshments and awards in the main gymnasium where spectators are welcome.  Entrants have access to change rooms with showers.  A noon start and a scenic route including a paved waterfront trail makes this a run that many return annually to burn off their holiday calories.
