(OTTAWA, ONT.) – Wheelchair Basketball Canada will host the second annual Wheelchair Basketball Week from September 25-October 1, 2023. In partnership with our Provincial Sport Organizations and club programs, Wheelchair Basketball Week will include events nationwide.

The week of initiatives includes an event in Ottawa at the RA Centre on Wednesday, Sept. 27, for House of Sport NSOs and members of the sport community to try wheelchair basketball. The event, presented in partnership with Ottawa Tourism and the RA Centre, will take place from 3-5 pm.  On Thursday, Sept. 28, WBC will host Hoopfest, presented by Toyota Canada, from noon to 5 pm at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
