Triathlon BC is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Media Support Grant, a strategic initiative designed to elevate the profile of multisport events and storytelling across British Columbia. The unique to BC Grant, fueled by the organization’s Growth and Support Fund, supports multisport events committed to capturing the spirit, diversity, and athleticism of BC’s multisport community.
Going into its second year, the Media Support Grant provides funding to sanctioned events across BC that are producing visual, written, or digital content that promotes multisport, its athletes, and grassroots participation throughout the province.

Successful applicants stood out for their creativity, inclusivity, and commitment to showcasing multisport in British Columbia. Whether highlighting inspiring athlete journeys, covering local races, or producing content to capture new participants, each recipient is contributing to the visibility, vitality and growth of the sport across BC.
“We’re thrilled to support storytellers who are bringing our sport to life for new and returning participants,” said Allan Prazsky, Triathlon BC Executive Director. “The promotions help grow participation, while building stronger connections between athletes, events, and the broader community.”
Triathlon BC will share imagery captured at these events across its social channels throughout the 2025 season.
